  • To qualify for $10k Club, you must fulfill each of these three steps:

    1) Get Level Up. Click to purchase.

    2) Close your $10k sale.*

    3) Shout out your success in Rise to the Top!

    *NOTE: The $10,000 must be counted in U.S. dollars. So make sure you take currency conversion into consideration.

  • Assuming you have Level Up and are willing to shout out your success—yes! But first check out the detail below and scan the FAQs to make sure your sale counts.

    The most popular way our Level Up students hit $10k Club status is by achieving a $10,000 or higher sale with a custom photoshoot. And yes, you can achieve this with any genre, including: maternity, newborn, family, wedding day, boudoir, office, branding, pets, and generations.

    To qualify under this option, your photoshoot should take place on ONE DAY ONLY and the purchase should be made by a single buyer or buying household.

  • Yes! The spirit of the $10k Club is to celebrate those who accept the challenge of hitting $10,000 or more in a single day. And in this case, yes, multiple mini marathon shoots stacked together fulfill that aim!

    Staying true to the Headshot Mini Marathon® principles taught in The $3000 Headshot, this day MUST be efficient. All images must be photographed on one day and all ordering appointments must happen on the same day. Separate ordering appointments on separate days may not be counted toward the total.

    Mini sessions that qualify include: Headshot Mini, Maternity Mini, Milestone Mini, Senior Mini, Santa Mini, Fairy Mini, Boudoir Mini, Pet Mini or a combination of any of the above.

  • Maybe.

    There are some special exceptions we make for complex photoshoots that must stretch over two days. These shoots should preferably happen on two consecutive days but not more than one week apart. In this situation, there will be a single buyer, a single household, or a single employer purchasing.

    Examples include: senior portraits, senior/family combo, office headshots/branding, and destination photoshoots with multiple locations.

    Examples of shoots that would not qualify: maternity + newborn combo photoshoots and wedding + engagement combos. Why? Because they exceed the one-week requirement. The $10k Club is meant to challenge you and we know success will feel so much sweeter when you achieve this outstanding goal with just ONE of the photoshoots mentioned!

  • Yes, as long as your $10k+ sale is from wedding day ONLY. You may not combine engagement photoshoot purchases as part of the total.

  • Add-on purchases count! In rare cases, clients may decide to come back after the first ordering appointment and buy more. How delightful! These unexpected sales may be counted toward the total sale. Just make sure all payments add up to $10,000 or more and you qualify!

  • Let’s check. Did you count tax? Did you add up every payment, including the initial session fee payment? If these dollars collected push you over $10,000, you’re in!

  • For the purpose of the $10k Club, we count every dollar collected toward the total. The way we see it, the money comes into your business, and then the money goes out. You pay your HMUA, assistant, vendors, and yourself. And yes, you divvy up money to pay the taxman too.

  • Payment plans are okay. But you're not officially in the Club until the order is paid in full. Once the last payment is received, you can complete the Shout it Out step and we’ll make it official!

  • The $10,000 must be counted in U.S. dollars. So make sure you take currency conversion into consideration. You join a growing number of students across the world who are showing that yes, sales like this can happen in every market!

  • Do you have to? My friend, you GET TO shout it out!

    The $10k Club has made a difference in so many lives and it’s thanks to people like you who help normalize this kind of success! In fact, thinking back, you probably first set your eyes on this prize when you saw others achieving—and celebrating—this awesome goal! Now you get to be the inspiration for someone else.

    Here are some ideas for your post. You can post a gif, a picture of your whopper invoice (make sure all identifying info is blacked out), or your celebration selfie! Share a word of encouragement, a sales tip, or something you learned in the process.

  • Earning $10k Club status your first year is an extraordinary accomplishment! We value the hard work you’ve done believing in yourself and this coaching program to achieve what few others can imagine! The first time you hit the Club, you will receive a Golden Ticket!

    Believe it or not, after you’ve done it one time, you can find success like this again and again and again! We honor our repeat $10k Clubbers by sending out a Platinum Ticket when they qualify in subsequent years.

  • The upcoming annual $10k Club Gala will be held January 12, 2024 in Orlando, FL.

  • This event is invitation-only and reserved exclusively for our $10k Club members. You must be an official ticket-holder (or invited guest) to earn the right to attend.

  • The sooner you get qualified and RSVP, the better!

    Due to space constraints, this year’s venue can only permit 339 total guests. Our projections show that we may have demand for over 400 guests. So don’t delay securing your spot.

    Heads up: registered BOPcon guests will be given priority placement at the Gala. If you have invitation in hand, and are not attending BOPcon, you may be added to the wait list. If spots remain, your RSVP will be confirmed on December 15.

  • Get red carpet ready with your Creative Black Tie attire. This is definitely an occasion to dress up! Guests typically wear long gowns, suits or tuxedos. There will be many photo shoot opportunities so be sure to be camera-ready!

  • That’s top secret! We love surprises and keep the exact location strictly under wraps.

    For the ultimate convenience, we encourage you to be our guest at the BOPcon host hotel— The Renaissance Orlando at Sea World. Click here for discounted room rates. Chartered buses will depart from the Renaissance hotel at 6:30pm and return at or around 10:45pm.
